**english version**
In „Quiet”, a film by Lukas Zerbst based on an idea by Alexandra Morales, we accompany a dancer through Bremen at night. Is he searching for silence or fleeing from it? In any case, he goes after the noise – not the obvious, but the one you only hear when it's quiet. In doing so, he escapes his city walk again and again by turning off, running or jumping and then coming out in a completely different setting: in a forest, on a demolition site, in a field. The soundscape that greets him in each case makes him sometimes calm, sometimes restless, even manic. The film draws attention to what the often overheard, the inaudible, does to the body when it becomes loud, when it begins to drown out the everyday soundscape. The film was made as part of „The Gone Together Project” by Alexandra Morales and Unusual Symptoms, the dance company-in-residence at Theater Bremen.
